Weggis Vitznau Rigi
The destination Weggis Vitznau Rigi is a paradise for nordic walking enthusiasts. A wide range of well marked trails of varying difficulty extend across the whole region.
Swiss Nordic Parc Rigi
Mount Rigi features the first ever Swiss Nordic Park that was officially certified by the national skiing federation. There are 15 kilometres of clearly signposted nordic walking trails varying in difficulty.
Rigi Kulm Trail
We pass by the picturesque pilgrimage chapel "Lady of the Snows" and head towards the ski-lift Ständli. After a sharp right turn and a short downhill passage, we reach the mountain path which leads to Unterschwändi and Rigi Kulm.
Rigi Unterstetten Trail
The connecting trail to Heiterenboden and Unterstetten branches off shortly after the train station of Klösterli. You will master a smooth and not too strenuous ascent to Unterstetten, passing over lovely alpine meadows.
Rigi Scheidegg Trail
The first section of this broad trail takes you from Rigi Kaltbad to Rigi First and offers fine views of Lake Lucerne and romantic houses. It continues on an even level to Unterstetten. These first three kilometres make an ideal warm-up, before you smoothly climb up to Rigi Scheidegg.
Rigi Dossen Trail
Here's a real challenge for you! It will cost you some sweat in order to reach the peak of Mt. Dossen. But you will be rewarded with a truly stunning panoramic view of Lake Lucerne and of the Bürgenstock peninsula.

Vitznau Trail
The Vitznau nordic walking trail is a circular route around the picturesque village located at the foot of Mount Rigi. The trail goes consistently up and down and offers fantastic views over the lake and surrounding mountains. The 6 km trail starts and finishes at the Rigi Railway Station in Vitznau.
Wegskizze Vitznau (141 KB) Weggis Trail
The two Nordic walking trails on the Hertenstein peninsular offer wonderful views of both the lake and surrounding mountains. Both the 4.2 km and 5.5 km trails start and finish at the Thermoplan- Arena in Weggis.

from the Rigi Railway stations at Goldau, Vitznau and Weggis as well as the sports shop Rigi- Sport in Rigi Kaltbad.

Lockers and changing rooms are located at the Werkhof Rigi Kaltbad and the station Rigi First (coin operated lockers: Kaltbad CHF 2.00, First CHF 1.00). Coin operated showers can be found at the Werkhof Rigi Kaltbad (CHF 1.00).
